About this gig
Your clinic answers the same five questions on WhatsApp all day. Opening hours, prices, do you take my insurance, can I move my appointment, where are you.
I build the assistant that answers them and books the appointment in your calendar.
What it does:
- answers about your services, your prices and your hours, from your own catalogue
- books, moves and cancels appointments against your calendar
- sends the reminder before the appointment
- hands over to a person when it is not sure, instead of inventing an answer
What I do not do:
- I do not put your business rules inside a prompt. They live in code, where you can read and change them.
- I do not let the model decide alone. It interprets, the code decides and acts.
I run an appointment assistant in production: hundreds of bookings a month, none booked twice, with health data under article 9 of GDPR.
The same assistant works for a workshop, a salon, or anything that books by time slot.

FAQ
Do I need to have the WhatsApp Business API already?
No. I set it up with you. It is the official Meta API, not an unofficial library that gets your number banned. The account and the number stay in your name.
What does this cost me every month, apart from your work?
Meta bills the WhatsApp conversations and the model provider bills the messages, both in your own accounts, so you see what you spend. My price here covers the build. Monthly maintenance is optional and I quote it separately.
Does it work with my calendar or my clinic software?
Tell me which one you use and I will tell you before you order. If it has an API, it connects. If it does not, I say so instead of promising it.
It handles patient data. Is that legal?
I am in Spain and I work under GDPR. The assistant I run in production handles health data, which is article 9. The repository and the infrastructure go in your name from day one, I sign an NDA, and I keep nothing after delivery.
What if the assistant gets something wrong?
It will, sometimes. That is why it hands over to a person when it is not sure instead of inventing an answer, and why I test it against real cases before I deliver it. You see the errors and you can recover them.
