Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do. Repository and cloud accounts in your name from day one, on every project. No lock-in and no black box.

Does the monthly fee include the AI usage?

No, and that is deliberate. The maintenance fee pays for monitoring and upkeep 150 to 500 EUR a month. Model calls and infrastructure run on accounts in your name, so you see exactly what you spend. There is no lock-in: you can cancel the monthly service any month.

What exactly do I get at the end?

The working system on your infrastructure, the full source code repository, the test bank with the correct answers documented, an operating manual, and weekly performance measurement while the monthly service is active.

What if it gets something wrong?

It will, sometimes. Every system is scored against a bank of real cases before it ships, and built so a wrong answer is visible and recoverable rather than silent. I will tell you the error rate I measured.

Can you connect to my ERP or CRM?

Usually yes, if it has an API or a database I can read. Tell me which system and I will tell you straight whether it is worth it.
