Hi, I'm Jannik – a German designer and developer. I build animated digital business cards, fast websites for small businesses and animated invitations for weddings and parties.

FAQ
Do I need to host anything?
No. Your guide is online for 12 months (Premium: 24), included in every package. You get the link and a printable QR sign – just put the sign in your apartment.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Every package includes your own editor link for the whole runtime: change any text, time or tip and press Publish – it is live right away. Premium adds quick updates from your phone.
Which languages are included?
Basic: 2, Standard: 4, Premium: 8 (EN, DE, ES, FR, IT, NL, PL, TR). You write in your language, the rest is translated automatically – you can correct any text. The guide opens in the guest's phone language.
I have several apartments. How does that work?
Choose Premium and add one "Additional property" per extra apartment – all in one editor. Set everything once, then change only what differs: Wi-Fi, check-in, design. For 5+ properties, message me for a custom offer.
How do phone updates work?
Premium includes a Telegram bot: connect it from your editor, then send "/wifi Name Password", a short notice or a new cover photo – your guide updates instantly. You can also open the full editor inside the app.
What do the visitor statistics show?
How many guests opened your guide, in which language and which sections they read – per day and per property, right in your editor and in the chat bot. Anonymous: no cookies, no personal data.
Are there house rules in the guide?
No rules, only information. The "Good to know" section states facts (e.g. quiet hours in the building), written in a friendly tone. You decide what goes in.
What happens when the runtime ends?
Basic and Standard stay online 12 months, Premium 24. You can extend any time with the extra "Additional 12 months online" ($29) – your link and QR sign stay the same. Before the end you get a reminder here on Fiverr.
