I have a PhD in Marine Science with a specialty in underwater acoustics and the ecological roles of marine soundscapes. I love tinkering and building new tech to answer marine ecological questions (e.g., pairing acoustic and optical sensors to "spy" on the animals that live in the kelp forests off San Diego, CA).
