1. Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please contact me first with product photos, dimensions, quantity, preferred style and intended platform. I will confirm the package, shipping arrangements and production schedule.
2. Where should I ship my product?
I will provide the shipping address after we confirm the project details. The buyer is responsible for shipping, customs duties and any related fees.
3. When does the delivery time begin?
The production schedule begins after I receive the product and all required information. Shipping time is not included in the Gig delivery time.
4. Can you return my product after the photoshoot?
Yes. Products can be returned if requested. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and must provide a prepaid shipping label or cover the shipping cost.
5. What information should I provide before the shoot?
Please provide product details, reference images, brand guidelines, required image dimensions, selling points, preferred background and a shot list if available.
6. What does a revision include?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to retouching, color, cropping or text. A new concept, additional angle, restyling or reshooting is not considered a revision and may require an extra fee.
7. Are props, locations and models included?
Standard studio equipment is included. Special props, custom sets, location rental, models, makeup artists and other third-party costs are quoted separately.
8. Do you photograph large, reflective or complex products?
Yes, depending on the product. Please send its dimensions, weight and reference photos before ordering so I can provide an accurate custom quote.
9. Do you provide Amazon-ready images and infographics?
Yes. I can create white-background images, lifestyle images and infographics suitable for Amazon and other ecommerce platforms. Premium includes 2 infographics; additional designs can be ordered as extras.
10. Will I receive the RAW or source files?
Final edited high-resolution images are included. RAW or editable source files are not included by default but may be available for an additional fee upon request.
