FAQ
How long does domain propagation take after connection?
Most domain connections update within 15 to 30 minutes, though global DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours depending on your registrar.
What details do I need to provide to get started?
You will need to provide login access or delegate access to your domain registrar (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare) and your site platform (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Netlify, Base44, Squarespace).
Will connecting my domain affect my existing custom email accounts?
No! I carefully preserve or configure your MX and TXT records so your professional email accounts (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, cPanel) continue working without interruption.
Can you fix SSL certificate (HTTPS) security errors?
Yes. Once the domain is properly connected and DNS records are pointed correctly, I ensure your SSL certificate is activated for secure HTTPS access.
Do you support subdomains like app.yourdomain.com?
Yes! I can connect root domains as well as subdomains to platforms like Netlify, Base44, Shopify, WordPress, or custom web apps.
What if I don't want to share my login passwords?
You can invite me as a collaborator/guest on platforms like Shopify, GoDaddy, or Cloudflare, or we can resolve it via step-by-step guidance.
Do you offer support after completing the order?
Yes! I provide ongoing technical support to ensure your domain stays connected and functions smoothly.
