I developed a chatbot with the RAG system for the company's customer support, capable of completely replacing human support in approximately 80% of cases. I created an internal program for updating price lists, which quickly displays timely price list updates for final approval and delivery to the customer. I optimized some internal ABAP programs using more modern code. We created a fully automated environment for automatically converting large amounts of ASP code to PHP with Claude Code and used it to convert a complex program for managing product returns.
