Yes. Meta requires a business website for verification. If you don’t have one yet, let me know — I can guide you on the fastest way to get it ready.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business number?
No. The number must not be linked to any WhatsApp account (Personal or Business App). It needs to be clean so it can receive the OTP for Cloud API setup.
How long does the full setup take?
Basic Meta verification + Cloud API setup usually takes 1–2 days. Full chatbot + CRM integration takes 3–5 days depending on the package you choose.
Will the chatbot work 24/7 without me?
Yes. Once set up, the chatbot replies automatically to common questions, qualifies leads, and can push data to your CRM even when you’re offline.
Which CRMs can you integrate with?
I can connect WhatsApp to HubSpot, Google Sheets, n8n, Wati, Twilio, 360dialog, and most other CRMs or tools via API/webhook.
Do I need to pay Meta extra for messages?
Yes. Meta charges for outbound (business-initiated) messages. Inbound replies within 24 hours are free. I’ll explain the exact pricing during setup.

Yes. The Intermediate and Advanced packages include campaign setup and bulk messaging (with proper templates to avoid bans).
What if I already have a WhatsApp Business account?
