About this gig
I don't wire up a chatbot demo. I architect the retrieval system, then build it, so it survives production.
Former CTO and Head of Architecture, 20+ years in software and cloud architecture. I designed and led the LLM integration platform behind a real production AI system: prompt caching, agent orchestration, per-call observability, and real evaluated retrieval tradeoffs (Bedrock Knowledge Bases vs. OpenSearch vs. LangChain-managed retrieval) instead of defaulting to whatever is fastest to demo.
What you get: a RAG chatbot built on YOUR knowledge base (docs, FAQs, wikis, PDFs) using AWS Bedrock and LangChain, retrieval tuned to your content, not a generic wrapper.
Scope: each package covers one knowledge base or use case, deployed into your own AWS account. You provide scoped AWS access, I never ask for root credentials.
Not included: a no-code Custom GPT config, an enterprise multi-agent platform, or Terraform deployment (my IaC is CDK). Message me first if that is what you actually need.

FAQ
Do you build on OpenAI / ChatGPT?
No. This Gig is built on AWS Bedrock (Claude and other Bedrock-hosted models) via LangChain, not the OpenAI API. If you specifically need OpenAI, this isn't the right Gig for that.
Can you set up a no-code Custom GPT instead?
That's a lighter, different scope than this Gig covers, a GPT config, not an engineered RAG build. Happy to point you in the right direction, but it's not something I offer here.
Do I need my own AWS account?
Yes, for Standard and Premium. Those deploy into your own AWS account, I can guide setup, but it has to be yours. Without one, the Basic architecture-blueprint tier is the only option I can fulfill.
Can you deploy with Terraform?
My IaC is AWS CDK, not Terraform. If Terraform is a hard requirement, message me before ordering so we can figure out if this is still a fit.
Do you need my AWS root login?
No. I only need a scoped IAM role or user with the specific permissions the build requires, never root credentials or your account's root login.
