FAQ
Which PMS platforms do you work with?
I specialize in custom direct booking website setups across all major channel managers including Lodgify, OwnerRez, Guesty, Smoobu, Hostaway, and Hospitable.
Will my calendars sync to prevent double bookings?
Yes! I will configure real time calendar synchronization between your direct booking vacation rental website and OTAs like Airbnb and Vrbo so your availability is always accurate.
Do I need my own web domain and hosting account?
Yes. You will need your own domain and access to your PMS platform (e.g., Lodgify website account or OwnerRez account). I will guide you through this step by step if needed.
Can guests safely pay directly on my website?
Absolutely. I connect secure payment gateways like Stripe or PayPal directly to your direct booking system so funds go straight to your bank account.
What if I have custom design requests or multiple properties?
I accommodate single listing hosts as well as multi property management teams! Feel free to send me a message for a custom offer tailored to your specific portfolio size.
