I'm very proficient in Blender and Unity and I've been making VRChat avatars/Character Models for indie games for around 5 years. My main speciality is cel-shaded/cartoonish/anime style models. So if you have a character that's only existed in 2D I can convert them to 3D even without a full character reference sheet.
