How does the linked workbook work?
Standard and Premium link quotation fields to an invoice for ONE active job. Save a separate copy for each job. Transaction history and automatic numbering are not included.
What files and limits are included?
All packages include editable XLSX, a print-ready PDF sample and simple instructions. Line-item caps are 15/25/40 for Basic/Standard/Premium. Standard's rate catalog holds up to 50 entries; Premium's up to 100.
How do discounts and tax work?
I implement one agreed buyer-supplied tax calculation and discount order for one business, currency and layout. Tell me whether discount applies before or after tax. Complex tax compliance and accounting/tax advice are excluded.
What does the Premium calculator show?
Up to 40 cost rows each have estimate and actual columns. Direct profit = revenue excluding collected tax minus entered direct costs. Margin = direct profit / that revenue; zero revenue shows N/A. This measures direct job profit, not full business net profit.
Can the workbook send invoices or take payments?
This Gig covers a formula-based Excel workbook. Macros, live integrations, automated invoice sending and payment automation are outside the scope. You control data entry, saving and sharing the finished documents.
What does a revision cover?
Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2. Revisions adjust the agreed fields, formulas and layout for the original scope. Extra businesses, currencies, tax rules, layouts or new workflows need a separate scope agreement.
How are the 10 formulas counted?
Each package includes up to 10 distinct calculation or lookup rules. Repeated formulas down rows within the agreed line-item limits are included; they are not counted as separate formula types.
