MEP WORK DESIGN AND WORKS Designing complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using AutoCAD. Preparing design layouts for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Coordinating between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to avoid clashes. Ensuring all designs comply with project specifications and international standards. Working on design modifications as per site conditions and client requirements. 2. MEP WORK EXECUTION Supervising and executing MEP works at site as per approved drawings. Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth execution. Ensuring work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards. Conducting site inspections and resolving execution issues. Monitoring progress and reporting to project management. 3. MEP SHOP DRAWING PREPARATION Preparing detailed shop drawings for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Coordinating shop drawings with architectural and structural drawings. Incorporating site conditions and approved material submittals into shop drawings. Getting shop drawings approved from consultants and clients. Revising shop drawings as per consultant comments. 4. MEP IFC DRAWINGS WORKING Working on Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings. Reviewing IFC drawings for accuracy and completeness. Coordinating IFC drawings with site execution team. Updating IFC drawings as per approved changes and site instructions. Ensuring all IFC drawings are up to date before execution. 5. MEP AS-BUILT DRAWINGS Preparing As-Built drawings after completion of MEP works. Marking all site changes and modifications on As-Built drawings.
