I have managed the daily design and e-commerce operations for a high-volume Print-on-Demand (POD) business for the past 3 years. My role involves balancing technical design work with back-end store management to ensure a smooth production workflow. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: DTF TECHNICAL PREP: Creating high-quality, print-ready files (300 DPI TIFF/PNG) with perfect transparency and color accuracy. VECTOR TRACING: Using Adobe Illustrator to convert low-resolution customer logos into crisp, scalable vector files. CUSTOMER MOCKUPS: Providing professional illustration mockups to customers for approval, ensuring the design meets their expectations before printing. EBAY STORE MANAGEMENT: Managing high-volume listings and ensuring all product data is accurate. INVENTORY UPDATES: Regularly updating eBay quantities and stock levels to prevent overselling and maintain store health. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Handling customer inquiries and messages professionally to maintain high seller ratings. I focus on technical precision and organization to help POD businesses reduce printing errors and increase customer satisfaction.
