Skool Community & Online Course Specialist

Sep 2025 - Present • 1 yr 1 mo

Worked with various clients to set up, organize, and improve their Skool communities and online learning platforms. My work has involved taking clients' existing content, ideas, and resources and turning them into a structured, easy-to-navigate Skool experience for their members and students. My responsibilities have included setting up and organizing Skool communities, structuring the Classroom and course curriculum, uploading and formatting online course content, creating and organizing modules and lessons, and migrating existing course materials from other platforms into Skool. I have worked with different types of course content, including video lessons, PDFs, audio files, written lessons, resources, and supporting materials. I organize these materials into appropriate modules and lessons, ensuring the content is placed in the right sections and presented in a clear and logical order. I have also helped with member onboarding by setting up onboarding questions, organizing Start Here sections, creating Welcome Posts, and structuring the initial member experience so new members can understand where to begin and how to navigate the community. Beyond course uploads, I have assisted with the overall organization and presentation of Skool communities, including Classroom structure, community navigation, course formatting, visual organization, thumbnails, and branded elements. I focus on making the community feel organized, professional, and easy for members to use. I have also supported clients with reviewing their existing community setup and identifying areas that could be improved from a member-experience perspective, helping them create a clearer path for members from joining the community through accessing courses and engaging with the available resources. Through these projects, I have gained hands-on experience working with different client requirements, course structures, content formats, and community models.

Managed and optimized an online WhatsApp community for entrepreneurs and digital professionals by creating a structured onboarding process, organizing discussion topics, developing engagement strategies, and moderating daily interactions. Planned weekly content schedules, coordinated community events, maintained member guidelines, answered support questions, and implemented systems that encouraged participation and knowledge sharing. The experience strengthened my expertise in building organized, engaging online communities, which I now apply when creating and managing Skool, Kajabi, and Circle communities for coaches, creators, and businesses.
