I’m Jake an automotive PCB designer helping engineers develop reliable vehicle electronics.
I design CAN Bus, CAN FD, LIN, OBD II and J1939 boards; ECU, VCU and BCM control PCBs; LED drivers for headlamps, DRLs, tail lights and brake lamps; and EV BMS PCBs for lithium battery monitoring, cell balancing and protection.
My process includes requirements review, schematic checks, PCB layout, routing and manufacturing files.
