What information should I provide before ordering?
Please send a description of your idea, its intended purpose, approximate dimensions, preferred file formats, and any available sketches, photos, or reference examples. More detail will help me provide an accurate quote.
Can you create a model from a sketch, photo, or description?
Yes. I can work from sketches, photographs, measurements, reference products, or a written concept. Please contact me first so I can determine whether additional dimensions or views are needed.
Which file formats can you deliver?
Depending on your project, I can provide formats such as F3D, STEP, STL, OBJ, DXF, DWG, and PDF. Tell me how you plan to use the design, and I will recommend the appropriate formats.
Are renderings and technical drawings included?
Inclusions depend on the package selected. Please review the package comparison or message me for a custom offer containing the exact number of renderings and drawings you need.
Do you manufacture or ship physical prototypes?
This gig primarily covers digital design files. I can prepare models for prototyping and 3D printing, but physical printing, assembly, and shipping are not included unless specifically arranged through a custom offer.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the original design requirements. A new concept, major redesign, or additional component may require an updated quote.
