Basic: up to 2 areas and 2 use cases, 2 prompts and a 30-day plan. Standard: up to 4 areas and 4 use cases, 6 prompts, 2 templates and a 60-day plan. Premium: up to 6 areas and 6 use cases, 10 prompts, 3 templates and a 90-day roadmap. Both limits apply; resource counts are totals per order.
Every tier includes tool-fit notes, workflow outlines and human-review guidance. Delivery is PDF plus an editable document, with one revision. An area is one function, such as customer communication; a use case is one specific AI-assisted task.

How is this different from the audit or workflow redesign?
The audit identifies opportunities; workflow redesign provides detailed SOPs for a defined process. The playbook combines selected use cases, reusable prompts and an adoption plan across business areas. It includes workflow outlines, not detailed SOPs for every process.
Do I need an audit first?
No. The playbook includes a focused assessment using your intake. A previous audit can help, but is not required. Share its findings if you have one and are authorized to share it.
How should I choose a package?
Choose by the number of areas and use cases, the included prompt/template quantities and the planning horizon. Both scope limits apply and resource counts are totals per order. Contact me before ordering if your business needs exceed the listed limits.
Does the roadmap include implementation or staff training?
No. It describes suggested steps, ownership and review checkpoints for your team to adapt. Live training, account setup, software development, detailed technical architecture and implementation are not included.
What AI tools can you work with?
General-purpose assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Recommendations depend on your available tools, plan features and company rules. The service does not include access to paid tools or subscriptions.
Are calls, tool subscriptions or implementation included?
No. This is written, asynchronous consulting. Delivery is PDF plus an editable document. Calls, paid AI subscriptions, account setup and hands-on implementation are not included. Your team applies the recommendations and validates outputs.
Can I share confidential information?
Send only anonymized material you are authorized to share. Never send credentials, API keys or sensitive personal data. Tell me any restrictions on third-party AI use before work begins; materials must comply with your organization's policies.
Do you guarantee time or cost savings?
No. Results depend on your workflow, tools, input quality and implementation. Recommendations identify plausible improvements, not guaranteed or measured savings.
What if AI is not a good fit?
I'll say so and recommend non-AI improvements where appropriate. An honest assessment of where AI should not be used is part of the service.
What is your revision policy?
One revision is included for clarification or reasonable changes within the original scope. It does not add new areas, workflows, use cases or deliverables. For redesign orders, this includes adjustments to the agreed instructions and included prompt resources.
