What file formats do you accept?
XLSX, XLS, CSV, TSV, TXT and Google Sheets. If you have something unusual — a database export, a PDF table, a JSON file, send it over and I'll tell you whether it's workable.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. I don't share, resell or reuse client data, and I delete your files 30 days after delivery unless you ask me to keep them. If you need the sensitive columns anonymised before we start, just say so, that's included at no extra cost.
My file is bigger than the package limit. What now?
No problem, message me first. Row count matters far less than how messy the data is a clean 80,000-row export is often faster than a chaotic 5,000-row one. I'll quote you a custom offer.
Will I lose my original file or my formulas?
Never. You always get your original back untouched, plus the cleaned version as a separate file. If your workbook contains formulas you rely on, tell me and I'll work around them.
I need this cleaned every month. Can you automate it?
That's exactly what the Premium package is for. I build the cleanup as a Power Query pipeline inside your workbook, next month you drop in the new export and click Refresh. You own it, and you don't need me again.
