I will assist in your preconstruction administration activities

Preconstruction services focus on preparing and organizing a construction project before field work begins to ensure a smooth transition into the construction phase. This includes reviewing and breaking down contracts and scopes of work, assisting with Schedule of Values development, organizing construction documents and drawings, drafting RFIs and change orders, preparing preliminary schedules, and supporting preconstruction submittals or work plans. The goal is to establish clear documentation, communication, and project structure so contractors and project teams can move into construction with an organized foundation and reduced risk of delays or scope conflicts.
