I build the thing and put it live.
A working app on its own web address, with a database behind it, that a stranger can sign up for and use without you sitting next to them.
One is in the pictures: a reporting tool for radon inspectors. They upload the file their monitor prints and a photo of the house. Fifteen seconds later a six-page branded PDF comes out. There's a demo account on the sign-in page. Go run one.
My other gig is fixing these after they break, so I know what breaks. Passwords left sitting in the code. Database rules nobody switched on. Logins that stop checking who you are the moment you're past them. I build so those aren't there. On the top package I prove it.
How it goes. You tell me what the app does and who it's for. Then I send back a screen list and a written plan, before anything gets built. We argue about it while changing your mind is free. Then I build, and you watch it running.

What counts as one screen?
A page a user lands on and does something with. A login, a dashboard, a settings page. Not sure how many yours needs? Send me the idea before you order and I'll count them for you.
Do I own the code?
Yes, all of it. You get the repository, which is the code plus its whole history. No license fees, nothing tying you to one host, nothing tying you to me. Any developer can pick it up after I'm gone.
Is the demo in your gallery a real app?
Yes. Real login, real database, real file storage, running live on the internet rather than on my laptop. The firm in it is invented and every name and address made up, because I don't put a client's data in a portfolio. Same rule applies to your project.
Why does this cost more than other MVP gigs?
Some build in Bubble, which is quick and then leaves you stuck on Bubble. Some hand over a demo that falls apart the first time a real user touches it. This is code you own, running live, with the security work actually done.
I don't know exactly what I want yet.
That's normal, and it's what the written plan is for. You describe the problem, I come back with a screen list, and we argue about it before a line gets written. Changing your mind is free then and expensive later.
Can you finish something I started in Lovable or Bolt?
Yes, and it's a common one. Send me the export or a link to your code and I'll tell you whether finishing it or restarting is cheaper. Sometimes it's restarting, and I'll say so before you order.
