What information do you need to fix my bug?
Share: your Unity/UE project files, a description of the bug (what happens vs. what should happen), and any console error logs or screenshots. The more info, the faster the fix.
What if you can't fix it?
I'll tell you within 24 hours if the bug is outside my scope or requires engine-level access I can't replicate. In that case, I won't charge you. Honesty first.
Can I send just the broken scripts instead of the whole project?
Yes — for script-level bugs (logic errors, null refs, etc.) you can send just the relevant scripts and describe the setup. For scene/physics/build bugs, the full project or a stripped version is needed
Do you fix Unreal Engine Blueprint bugs too?
Yes. I debug Blueprint logic, broken connections, casting errors, event dispatchers, and Blueprint-to-C++ interface issues. Specify your UE version when ordering.
What counts as 'one bug' in the Basic package?
One isolated issue with one root cause. If you describe 'my player falls through the floor and the enemy AI also stops working,' those are likely two separate bugs and fall under the Standard package.
My game crashes on a specific device but not others. Can you fix that?
Yes — device-specific crashes are often caused by resolution/memory issues, missing permissions, or specific Android API levels. Share the device specs and crash logs and I'll trace it.
Will you fix bugs caused by a third-party asset I bought?
Yes, if the conflict is in your code or configuration. Asset-level bugs that require modifying paid asset source code are case-by-case — message me with the details first.
