Which types of documents can you use?
I can work with supported text-readable PDFs, Word documents and TXT files. Scanned PDFs, handwritten files and complicated tables may require additional extraction or OCR work.
Can you use OpenAI, ChatGPT or Google Gemini?
Yes. The chatbot can use a compatible OpenAI or Gemini model, based on your selected provider, available API access and project requirements. Third-party usage charges are not included.
Can the chatbot provide answers with document references?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages can include source filename references when the document metadata is available. Exact page-level citations require additional validation and may need custom processing.
Can you integrate the RAG chatbot into my website?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include embedding a compatible chat interface on one existing website page, subject to platform and access requirements. Private business content must not be exposed publicly without proper authorization.

Premium includes a scheduled document refresh from one agreed location. Basic and Standard use manual document updates unless automation is purchased separately.
Can you guarantee the chatbot will always provide accurate answers?
No AI chatbot can guarantee perfect accuracy. I configure retrieval, fallback instructions and test cases to reduce unsupported answers. Important responses still require appropriate human review.
