Who are these sessions designed for?
Corporate employees, plant operators, maintenance teams, engineers and managers. Content is adapted to the audience’s technical knowledge and responsibilities. No cybersecurity background is required.
What is the difference between the packages?
Basic covers general cybersecurity essentials. Standard includes a customized workshop and two preparation meetings. Premium provides a tailored programme for one or several teams, with the option to arrange additional sessions throughout the year.
Can you tailor the training to our company?
Yes. Standard and Premium include preparation meetings to understand your environment, working practices and priorities. Relevant examples and scenarios are then developed around your team’s needs.
Do you cover industrial and OT/ICS environments?
Yes. My consulting background includes OT/ICS and critical infrastructure. Sessions can address risks involving maintenance activities, USB devices, supplier access, remote connections and incident reporting.
Are sessions online or on-site?
Both options are available. Listed prices cover online delivery. For on-site sessions, please contact me before ordering to agree on availability, location and a custom quote. Travel and accommodation are charged separately.
Which languages are available?
Sessions are available in English or Spanish. For programmes involving several groups, we can agree on the language for each session.
What do you need from us before the session?
Your preferred language, audience, approximate number of attendees, objectives and delivery format. For tailored workshops, we will also discuss your environment and relevant risks. Credentials or access to your systems are not required.
Can we book recurring sessions or train different teams?
Yes. Premium programmes can include workshops for different audiences and follow-up sessions throughout the year. The number of sessions, preparation meetings, schedule and total price are agreed before booking.
Can the sessions be recorded?
Recording is not permitted for the Basic package. For Standard and Premium, you may record the sessions for your organization’s internal use, as the content is tailored to your team. External sharing, publication or resale is not permitted.
