Substack can quickly become overwhelming, but James handled the entire setup seamlessly, Working with James was easily one of the best decisions I made for my publication. Navigating the back-end setup, branding alignment, he didn't just check off boxes; he made sure every detail was optimized for a clean reader experience from day one.
