Get a file that Shopify imports perfectly on the first try. You send the product website URLs, and I deliver a ready-to-upload CSV formatted exactly for your store.
- Works on public product catalogs, not just existing Shopify stores.
- Variants like Color, Size, and Model are neatly grouped under one Handle
- Standard and Premium packages can merge more than one supplier site into a single, unified catalog if you need it.
- Includes every image in order with alt text, alongside clean HTML descriptions.
- Vendor, Type, Tags, and Google Product Category are fully mapped
- Specs are formatted as metafields so your store's search and filter apps work immediately.
- UTF-8 BOM encoding ensures all accents and special characters survive the import.
Message me your target URLs before ordering so I can confirm they are scrapable. You can also request a 5-product sample to test the import process yourself before committing to an order.
We can also discuss re-running the scrape every month so you can receive the fresh data with new/updated products. This way you don't have to maintain a script.
If you only need raw data (CSV/JSON) rather than a Shopify-formatted file, use my general web scraping gig.

FAQ
Can you scrape any product website?
Public product catalogs, yes, not only Shopify stores. Login walls, CAPTCHA-heavy sites, and sites that block datacenter IPs need a look first. Message me the URL before you order.
Is the file actually Shopify-ready, or just a spreadsheet?
Shopify-ready. Variants share one Handle, extra images are their own rows with Image Position set, descriptions are valid HTML, and specs go into metafield columns. You upload it under Products → Import.
Do you import it into my store?
No. You get a CSV and import it yourself in Shopify (Products → Import). I don't need access to your store.
What about images?
Shopify fetches them from the source URLs during import, as long as those URLs stay public. If you need images downloaded so they don't depend on the source site, add the "Images" extra.
How do you handle colors, sizes, and other variants?
Grouped under one product. Shopify allows 3 option names and 100 variants per product. If a source product exceeds that, I split it and flag it in the delivery notes.
Do you give me the scraper / Python script?
No. I keep it so monthly refreshes are fast. You get the import file each time, not a script to run.
What if the import fails?
That is a revision. Send me the Shopify error and I fix the file.
How big a catalog can you do?
Premium covers 4,000 products. Extra 1,000-product blocks are available. Bigger than that, send a custom offer request.
