Most teams lose hours a week to work that follows a rule: routing a lead, putting a quote together, chasing an onboarding step, rebuilding the same report every Monday. If the rule can be written down, it can be run without you.
I build these in Zapier, Make or n8n, whichever fits the tools you already pay for. The work starts with the decision, not the software. I map what happens now, find where the judgement actually sits, and automate everything around it. Where a real judgement call comes up every time, I can build an AI agent to make it inside limits you set. Where a task is better left with a person, I will say so.
My day job is running data, AI and planning for a major regional broadcaster, leading a team of eight. I founded our internal AI incubator and have shipped five products using AI-assisted development. This is freelance work alongside that, so I take a small number of builds at a time.
You get the working automation in your own accounts, a short document covering how it runs and how it fails, and a handover call so your team can change it without me.

Do I need to be on a paid Zapier or Make plan?
Usually yes for anything beyond a couple of steps. I will tell you the likely plan and monthly cost before we start, and if a cheaper route on n8n makes more sense for your volume I will say so.
Who owns the automation afterwards?
You do. Everything is built in your own accounts, not mine, and the handover document and call are there so your team can edit it. I have no ongoing access unless you ask me to keep it.
