What do I need to get started?
To get started, you will need to give me partner or admin access to your Facebook business manager account.
What if I don't have a Facebook page, or an Advertising account, or a Business manager?
That's no problem. You can message me, and we will walk you through the steps to create a new one while you are in the Zoom meeting.
Can you guarantee me sales/leads?
Unfortunately not. We can do everything possible to ensure the success of your campaign. FB ads are not a magic wand. If your product is bad or too expensive, your website is hard to navigate, or you have speed issues, then that can affect sales, too.
Is there any niche you won't work with?
ANYTHING that violates the Facebook Ad Policy. I have the right to refuse your niche if I don't feel comfortable working in that niche. I will not work with Real Estate industry clients who want to find homes for sale.
Are Facebook advertising costs included in this gig?
No, Facebook will charge you directly using your payment method. You pay for the ads. My gig charges are what my services cost.
If my business manager's ad account is disabled / restricted can you still run the ads?
Before placing an order, please ensure that your Facebook business manager is not restricted. A restricted account cannot be used to create and run ads. Additionally, I do not run ad campaigns under my own account. You must provide me with your Facebook business manager account access to run ads.
What information or requirements do you need from me?
You will provide me with your website link, product links, landing page, or any specific URL related to your business. Also, you will provide me with ad images/video, ad copy/ad text, and some information for this project. If you have no ad copy, I can help you create new professional ad copy.
