Yes. Redesigns, fixes, theme changes and cleanups are all welcome, not just new builds.
Which theme will you use?
Your paid theme, a free BigCommerce theme, or a customized Cornerstone base. I'll recommend the right one for your catalog and brand before you order.
Can you migrate my store from Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento?
Yes: products, customers, orders and URL redirects. Included in Premium, or as an add-on priced by product count.
Do I need a BigCommerce account already?
No. Start the free trial under your own email so you own the store, then invite me as a staff user.
Will you write the product descriptions?
Product data (names, prices, images, descriptions, variants) comes from you. Description writing is available as an extra.
How do you access my store?
You invite me as a staff user with only the permissions the build needs, and remove me at handover.
