The order is currently 11 days late and at the time of writing this i still do not have a final video that i can use as i wish. This customer service and experience has been horrendous - Probably the worse experience i've had on Fiverr to be honest. And now I'll have to spend more time and money on...

The end product was good. However, the delivery was delayed mutliple weeks, the repsonse rate at times took several days and I had to repeat feedback up to 4 times for it to be incorporated into the project. He is good at what he does, but not a reliable partner, unfortunately, which makes it extremely hard to plan when working with him.
