What information do you need to start the simulation?
To set up an accurate simulation, I need your 3D CAD model, the material properties (e.g., Structural Steel, Aluminum 6061, Air, Water), and your specific boundary conditions (e.g., inlet velocity, mass flow rate, applied forces, or operating temperatures).
What CAD file formats do you accept for ANSYS?
I highly recommend providing universal CAD formats like STEP (.stp) or IGES (.igs) as they import into ANSYS cleanly. I also accept native SolidWorks files (.SLDPRT, .SLDASM).
Do you create the 3D CAD model, or do I need to provide it?
My Basic and Standard packages focus entirely on simulation setup and solving, so you must provide the CAD file. If you need me to design the component from scratch or make major geometric changes before simulating, please select the Premium package or add the "3D Modeling" Gig Extra.
What deliverables will I receive at the end of the order?
You will receive high-resolution visual contour plots (e.g., velocity streamlines, pressure distributions, Von Mises stress), numerical data for key metrics (like pressure drop or max deformation), and the native ANSYS archive file (.wbpz). Comprehensive PDF engineering reports
Can you simulate heat transfer along with fluid flow?
