Do I need to buy a Squarespace subscription or domain before ordering?
No, you don't need to purchase a plan upfront! I can build your entire website on a trial setup. Once you approve the final design, I will transfer site ownership to you so you can choose the Squarespace subscription plan and domain that best fits your business.
What files or content do I need to provide to get started?
To kick off the project, I’ll need: Your logo files (preferably vector SVG/EPS or high-res PNG) Page text/copy and high-quality images/photos Branding preferences (colors and fonts, if you have them) Access to your Squarespace account (or an invite link)
Will I be able to edit and update the website myself after launch?
Absolutely! Squarespace features a user-friendly, drag-and-drop editor. Once I transfer site ownership to you, you will have 100% full control to update text, swap photos, or publish new blog posts without needing to code.
Will my website be fully mobile-friendly and optimized for mobile screens?
Yes! Every layout I architect is meticulously stress-tested and responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices to guarantee a seamless user experience for your visitors.
What if I don't have a logo or complete brand identity yet?
No problem at all! I am a full-spectrum designer. I offer custom logo design, color palette creation, and full brand style guides as add-ons or custom orders. Message me prior to ordering, and we can set up a custom bundle.
What is the difference between "Custom Asset Design" and standard images?
"Custom Asset Design" covers custom graphic elements I build specifically for your web layout—such as hero section banners, branded call-to-action cards, or matching vector icon sets. It does not include editing or photographing raw product inventories.
Do you offer post-launch support or ongoing site maintenance?
Yes! My Premium Package includes 14 days of post-launch support. If you need long-term design support, site updates, or social/marketing graphics, I also offer monthly retainer partnerships. Contact me to discuss an ongoing plan!
