Depending on your package, I can standardize text and agreed date/number formats, flag missing values and duplicates, map columns, and reconcile exports using agreed keys. Questionable records stay visible. Fuzzy matches are suggestions for review, never automatic decisions.
You receive cleaned_data.xlsx, qa_report.xlsx, exceptions.xlsx and a processing summary. Reconciliation packages also include matches, unmatched records, conflicts and totals.
Package limits cover the combined rows across all supplied files. Send a redacted sample before ordering if the layout, rules or matching is complex. Formula repair, macros, legacy XLS and accounting assurance are custom or excluded. Changes to the agreed rules or new files need a separate scope agreement.

Will you delete duplicates?
I flag them first. Exact duplicates are removed only under an agreed rule, with removed rows retained in the audit. Ambiguous records need your decision.
Can you reconcile three files?
Yes, in Premium within the stated limits. We agree keys, comparison fields and tolerances before work starts. Duplicate keys are reported separately.
Do you guarantee perfect data?
I verify the agreed checks and report exceptions. Missing or contradictory source information cannot be made certain without your input.
Do you fix formulas or macros?
The listed packages process tabular values. Formula repairs require inspection and separate agreement. VBA/macros and accounting opinions are excluded.
What counts as a revision?
A correction or adjustment within the original agreed rules and supplied files. New files, new metrics or different business rules are additional scope. Errors against the agreed scope are corrected.
Will my data be sent to AI tools?
Local deterministic processing is the default. I discuss AI restrictions and obtain agreement before any external AI processing of your data.
Can you do recurring work?
Yes, once we have validated the mapping and rules. Each refresh is checked against the same acceptance criteria and quoted through Fiverr.
