This service is for invoices, dispatch reports, statements and operational tables you are authorized to share. Each package includes an editable workbook, source filename and page references where practical, a QA sheet, exceptions and an extraction summary.

I check row counts, required fields, duplicates and agreed numeric totals. Unclear values are flagged rather than guessed. OCR is never treated as proof of accuracy.

Listed packages cover native text PDFs with consistent tabular layouts. Limits apply to both pages and extracted rows, whichever is reached first. Scans, handwriting, mixed layouts or password protection need a sample review and custom scope before ordering.
