Will you just recommend a tool you are affiliated with?
No affiliations, no commissions. When I name a tool it is because it fits your task; when a custom build beats a tool, I say that instead.
What if the audit finds nothing worth automating?
Then the roadmap says so, and you have spent $150 to avoid wasting thousands. I will not invent opportunities to justify the fee.
Can you implement the whole roadmap?
Yes. Roadmap items convert to fixed-scope builds quoted per item. The roadmap is also written so any competent builder could execute it; you are never locked in.
