HOW I WORK
I test on a staging copy first where your host supports it, so nothing breaks on your live site. You get before and after reports showing exactly what changed.
An honest word on scores: LCP, INP and CLS are what Google measures, and I improve all three. But hosting sets a floor no plugin can beat. If your server is the bottleneck I will tell you, rather than charge you for work that can't help.
Licences: WP Rocket, Perfmatters and similar are paid plugins, bought in your name. Free alternatives work well and I will say which your site needs.

How much faster will my site be?
It depends on what's slowing it down. I'll tell you after the audit, with numbers. Most sites improve substantially, but I don't quote a percentage before I've looked, because that would be guessing.
Can you guarantee a 90+ PageSpeed score?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Scores depend on your host, theme and third-party scripts. I improve every factor within my control and show you before and after. A perfect score is not the goal - a fast site for real visitors is.
What are Core Web Vitals?
Google's three page-experience measures: LCP for loading, INP for responsiveness and CLS for visual stability. They feed into search ranking. I work on all three and report each one before and after.
Could optimization break my site?
It can, which is why I test on a staging copy first where your host allows it, and take a full backup either way. Sliders, forms and animations are the usual suspects, and I check each one before delivering.
Do you work with my hosting?
Shared, VPS, cloud and managed WordPress all fine. Cheap shared hosting does set a ceiling. If that's your bottleneck I'll say so and tell you what to change, rather than take money for work that can't help.
Do I need to buy a paid plugin?
Not usually. Free caching and image plugins handle most sites. If yours genuinely needs WP Rocket or similar, I'll tell you before you order and you buy the licence in your own name so it keeps updating.
Will my design change?
No. Optimization changes how files load, not how the site looks. I check every template before delivery and fix anything that shifts.
Will the results last?
Mostly. New plugins, large images and theme updates slowly undo it. That's what my monthly maintenance gig is for if you'd rather not think about it again.
Do you need my WordPress login?
Yes, plus hosting access for caching and server settings. Create a temporary Administrator user rather than sharing your password, and delete it when the order completes.
Can you optimize Shopify or Wix?
No, this gig is WordPress only. Those platforms control their own caching and server layer, so there's very little a developer can change.
