What file formats do I receive?
You receive AI, EPS, SVG and PDF files, plus a PNG preview. All are fully editable and can be resized without losing quality. If you need a different format, message me before ordering.
What’s the difference between vector tracing and redrawing?
Tracing follows the shapes in a clear image. Redrawing rebuilds a blurry or low quality logo by hand so the lines are clean and accurate. I choose the best method for your image.
My image is blurry or very small. Can you still vectorize it?
Usually yes, by redrawing it. Send me the image before you order and I’ll check it. Very small or heavily damaged images may need the Premium package.
Can you change the colors or fix details?
Yes. Tell me the colors you want, with color codes if you have them, and any details to fix. Complex edits may need a higher package or a Gig Extra.
Which package should I choose?
Basic is for simple, clean logos. Standard is for medium detail logos, icons and designs. Premium is for complex or detailed logos and images. Not sure? Send me your image first and I’ll recommend one.
