Which CRMs do you work with?
I work with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM. If you use another CRM, message me before ordering and I’ll tell you honestly if I can help.
Do I need to pay for the tools myself?
Yes. Tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Clay, Apollo, Zapier and Make need your own accounts and subscriptions. I set everything up inside your accounts, so you stay in full control.
Can you set up my existing CRM, or only a new one?
Both. I can build a new CRM from scratch, or clean up, reorganize and automate the one you already have, including importing contacts from spreadsheets or another tool.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your CRM login or an invite as a user, a short description of your sales process, and your goal. I will also ask a few questions in the order requirements so I get it right the first time.
Will I get training on how to use the setup?
Yes.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I only work inside your own accounts, I won’t share your data with anyone, and I’ll only use your login for the work you ordered. You can remove my access when the order is done.
Can you guarantee more leads or sales?
No one can honestly guarantee that. What I do guarantee is a clean, working system that saves you time, removes manual tasks and helps you follow up with every lead.
