I will turn your meeting recording into a summary and deck

About this gig
You had the meeting. Now nobody remembers who agreed to what.
Send me the recording. I send back what was actually decided, who owns each action item, and what is still open. Clean, readable, and short enough that people read it.
Summary. Up to sixty minutes of audio, turned into a document: decisions, action items with owners, open questions.
Deck. The summary plus a presentation built for this meeting specifically. It is a single HTML file, so it opens in any browser with no PowerPoint needed, and you get a shareable link. It is designed around your content, not dropped into a stock template.
Series. Up to three recordings, one combined presentation that tells the whole arc, plus a summary for each meeting.
I have built more than 170 published decks and reports this way, from recordings and messy notes.
This is not a transcription gig. What I deliver is the summary and the deck. If you want the full transcript as well, ask and I will include it.
Any audio or video format works. Multiple speakers are fine.

FAQ
How is this different from a transcript?
A transcript is every word, and nobody reads it. This is the opposite: what was decided, who owes what, and what is unresolved, in the order a reader needs it. If you also want the transcript you can ask for it and I will include it, but it is not the product.
Why an HTML presentation instead of PowerPoint?
Because it opens for everybody. One file, any browser, phone or laptop, no software to install and nothing to break in someone else's version of PowerPoint. You also get a link you can send instead of a large attachment. If you need an editable PowerPoint file, tell me before ordering.
The recording is messy, with crosstalk and no agenda. Will that work?
Yes. That is what most real meetings sound like. Poor audio can cost me accuracy on names and numbers, so tell me the participant names up front and I will flag anything I could not make out rather than guess at it.
