What do you need from me to get started?
Just upload your construction plans/drawings (PDF), and tell me the project type and location. If you have specs or a scope list, include those too — the more detail, the more accurate the estimate.
What files will I receive?
A detailed quantity takeoff and cost breakdown in PDF, plus an Excel source file (Standard & Premium). Premium also includes annotated markups and bid-ready summaries.
How accurate are your estimates?
My takeoffs are measured directly from your plans using PlanSwift/Bluebeam, organized by CSI MasterFormat. Final costs depend on your local material/labor rates — I use RSMeans-based pricing and can adjust to your region.
What is your turnaround time?
Basic: 2 days, Standard: 4 days, Premium: 6 days. Need it faster? Message me before ordering — rush delivery is often possible.
Do you follow US construction standards?
Yes — all estimates use US units (SF, LF, CY), CSI divisions, and standard estimating practices used by American GCs and subcontractors.
