At DevCave, I work on backend systems for an HRMS platform, building out features across HR, payroll, attendance, and document management using Node.js and PostgreSQL. I've designed and built over 30 REST API endpoints with proper access control, keeping things fast and reliable for real users. I also spend time optimizing the database — cleaning up queries and indexes across a growing set of tables, which cut down report generation time noticeably. Beyond writing code, I care about quality: careful code reviews and testing have helped reduce bugs after every release.
