I will sketch scheme proposal and feasibility study
Simon J
About this gig
This stage of works involves drawing up a number of sketch plans in line with the client brief. Many clients tend to have their own sketch ideas, so we would draw up their proposal and then a number of other 'out the box' options.
On occasion when required, we will offer hand sketches to help the client visualise the proposal.
We would review the feasibility in terms of layout, structural implications and cost and then report back to the client.
