Worked as a Truck Dispatcher and Logistics Specialist for a US-based trucking dispatch company. Managed daily dispatch operations, searched for suitable freight loads, communicated with brokers, negotiated rates, planned routes, and coordinated pickup and delivery schedules. Handled carrier requirements for different types of equipment and helped optimize loads based on lanes, mileage, rates, and driver preferences. Also assisted with detention, TONU, rate confirmations, BOL/POD, and other dispatch-related paperwork.
