Yes. Share your main user tasks and any concerns you've noticed. I'll review the agreed screens, identify potential friction, and explain which issues deserve attention first.
Will I receive useful fixes or just a list of problems?
You'll receive documented findings, prioritized recommendations, and a Figma redesign of the agreed screens. I'll explain the reasoning behind the changes so your team can act on them.
Will the redesign keep my brand and existing features?
We'll agree on the brand elements, features, and constraints to preserve before starting. The redesign focuses on improving the agreed experience; changes to functionality will be discussed with you.
Does the audit include real user testing or guarantee better results?
This is an expert interface review. Recruited user testing and interviews are not included. You can share existing feedback or analytics to inform the review. Specific conversion or retention improvements cannot be guaranteed.
What if I disagree with a recommendation or the redesign direction?
We'll use feedback checkpoints to discuss the reasoning and refine the work. Basic includes 2 revision rounds, Standard 3, and Premium 5. New screens or features require an extra or a revised scope.
