What do you need from me to get started?
Your Shopify store URL, a description of the issue (screenshots or a short screen recording help a lot), and collaborator/staff access to your Shopify admin.
How do you diagnose the problem?
I review your theme code, app settings, and store configuration to find the root cause, not just patch the symptom, then test the fix before handing it back.
What if the issue comes back after you fix it?
If the exact same issue reoccurs shortly after delivery, I'll fix it again at no extra charge (see package details for the follow-up window).
Can you fix multiple issues in one order?
Yes, the Standard and Premium packages cover multiple issues in a single order. If you're not sure which package fits, message me your issue list first and I'll recommend one.
Do you need admin access to my store?
In most cases, yes, I'll ask you to add me as a staff/collaborator account so I can safely make changes without needing your login credentials.
