How I work
1. You show me sample documents and the fields you need.
2. I agree the scope and the output format with you before I start.
3. I build it as clean Laravel code: a service class, jobs and config.
4. I test it on your samples and hand over the Git commits with a short guide.
You use your own API key, so billing and data stay under your control.
AI is very good but not perfect. I add checks and a review flag for uncertain results, and I can't promise 100% accuracy.
Not included: building a new app, training custom models, or front-end design.

Which AI providers do you use?
OpenAI and Anthropic Claude through their official APIs. I can set it up so you can switch providers later in config.
Do I need my own API key?
Yes. You create the key in your own account, so API billing and data stay under your control. I never use my own key in your project.
How accurate is the extraction?
Usually very good on clear documents, but no AI is perfect. I validate every result, flag uncertain ones for review, and test on your real samples so you can judge before relying on it.
What documents can it read?
PDFs and images such as invoices, receipts, purchase orders and forms. Handwritten or very low-quality scans are less reliable; send samples first.
Is my data safe?
Documents go only to the AI provider you choose, through your own account. I don't store your data outside your app, and I delete my copies after delivery.
Do you build chatbots?
Simple AI replies and drafts, yes. Full chatbots with knowledge bases need a custom offer after we agree on the scope.
What do I need to provide?
Code access, 3 to 5 sample documents, the list of fields you need, and an API key for testing.
What will the API cost me?
It depends on volume and document size. I log usage per request and show you the measured cost per document during testing
