Which AI model do you use?
OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini, whichever fits your budget and needs. The AI account is in your name, so you own it.
Will the bot make things up?
It's set up to answer only from your content, and to say "let me connect you with the team" when it isn't sure. I test it with tricky questions before handover.
Is there a monthly fee from you?
No. You only pay the AI provider's usage, which is usually a few dollars a month for a small business. Ongoing tuning is available as an add-on if you want it.
