What inputs do you need to start the project?
I need your Architectural and Structural design drawings (preferably in PDF or DWG format), along with any specific standard details or fabricator preferences you want followed.
Can you provide CNC files for automated fabrication?
Yes! All standard and premium packages include NC1 and DXF files generated directly from the Tekla model for automated cutting and drilling machinery.
Do you detail miscellaneous steel like stairs and handrails?
Yes. Along with heavy structural steel, I am highly experienced in detailing miscellaneous steel elements, including industrial platforms, ladders, staircases, and handrails according to your project requirements
In what formats will I receive the final deliverables?
You will receive PDF sets for shop drawings and erection plans, native Tekla files or IFC models for 3D coordination, and NC1/DXF files for your workshop CNC machinery.
How do you handle revisions if the design changes?
Standard minor detailing adjustments are covered under my revisions. For major architectural or structural engineer design changes mid-project, we can easily arrange a fair custom order based on the updated drawings.
What is your standard turnaround time, and can you accommodate urgent deadlines?
Delivery times depend entirely on project size and complexity. Simple connections or modifications take 2–3 days, while full structural sets take 1–2 weeks.
