I will build circle private cohorts circle so gated access setup circle so onboarding

About this gig
Your corporate client logs into Circle.so and sees your main community. Your existing members spot the clients private course. One wrong access setting can turn a cohort launch into a support problem. Let's get the walls right before you invite anyone.
I build private Circle.so cohort areas for training businesses, course creators, coaches and agencies running client programs inside an existing community. I have configured separate membership and course access in Circle for an education community, then checked what each member type could see.
I will setup your client space group, discussion, events and course spaces; configure private or secret access and reusable access groups; bulk invite members; create a welcome path; and test visibility from both sides. You will get a short handover so the next cohort is easier to launch.
I will check your existing permissions first, then test the finished setup with appropriate member accounts before delivery.
Ready to give your client a private experience?
Order the package that matches your cohort size, or message me with your Circle setup for a precise scope.
Looking forward to work with you. Thanks.

FAQ
What is a private cohort in Circle.so?
A private cohort is a dedicated area for one group of members, such as a corporate client’s trainees. It can contain its own discussions, events and course content. I configure access so only the intended members can enter, then test what both the cohort and your existing members can see.
1. Can you create a private cohort inside my existing Circle community?
Yes. I can create a dedicated space group and configure its discussion, event and course spaces for your client cohort.
2. Will my existing members be able to see the client area?
I will configure the access rules, then test the experience using accounts with different member permissions. This check is part of the setup.
3. Can the client cohort see the rest of my community?
Tell me whether they should see no other spaces or a few shared spaces. I’ll configure and test access against that requirement.
4. What is the difference between private and secret spaces?
The right choice depends on whether people outside the cohort should be able to discover the space. I will check your existing Circle setup and use the visibility setting that fits your intended member experience.
5. Can you invite all cohort members for me?
Yes. The Standard package includes up to 30 invitations, and Premium includes up to 50 across three cohorts. Please provide the member list in an agreed format.
6. Will I be able to repeat the setup for another corporate client?
Yes. I will use a clear access structure. The Premium package also includes a short guide and handover call so you can follow the process for future cohorts.
7. Do you upload course content too?
Yes, I can setup the course space in Standard and Premium. Uploading a full course depends on the number of modules, lessons and files, so message me first for an accurate quote.
8. What do you need from me to start?
I will need appropriate Circle admin access, your cohort structure, your visibility requirements and any member list or content included in your package. Send me a message before ordering if your current community has complex access rules.
