Had worked with the ABC Kitchen (Name changed) as to keep it private, Strainght from the bookkeeping to the Full accounts, US Tax preparer form 1120S and 1040. Had booked their weekly 400 invoices on XERO. As part of the accounting and financial review process, I analysed the company's financial records, sales trends, expenses, cash flow position, and outstanding liabilities. Through detailed review and reporting, I identified key areas that were affecting profitability and cash flow. Based on the financial insights generated, recommendations were provided to improve operational efficiency, optimise costs, and focus on higher-performing revenue streams. Following the implementation of these changes, the business experienced an increase in sales of approximately 25% within the first week and an average increase of 45% over the following month. Over the longer term, annual sales growth exceeded 150%. In addition, outstanding debt levels were reduced by approximately 25%, and the business improved its overall financial position, ultimately moving from operating challenges to sustained profitability. This project reinforced the value of combining accurate bookkeeping with financial analysis to support informed business decisions and measurable business growth.
